A forest mural wraps the open main room, where couches, chairs, back jacks and floor cushions gather around a wood-burning fireplace, warmed with throws, plush pillows and a guitar waiting to be played.
The teal and gold kitchen island glows under dimmable brass pendants, with hand-oiled cedar accents and a round window looking out to the trees. Four calm bedrooms and three spa-style bathrooms, two with clawfoot soaking tubs and rain showers.
Outside the door, the ancient Happiness Tree presides over cedar picnic tables made by local artisans and a stargazing patio.
